Where is Whit Fitness?

277 Blair Blvd, Eugene, OR 97402, in the Whiteaker neighborhood a few minutes from downtown Eugene. We serve members from across Eugene and Springfield.

What kind of gym is Whit Fitness?

A coached gym. Every class is led by a coach. We run CrossFit classes, HYROX race training, Vitality (a strength and balance class for adults 55+), youth athletic training with our partner ATP, and one-to-one personal training. We're a CrossFit affiliate, still listed on CrossFit.com as CrossFit Evviva.

Do I need to be fit or have experience to start?

No. Every program is built for beginners too. New CrossFit members start with On-Ramp: one to four one-to-one sessions with a coach ($50 each, or $60 for a couple) before joining class.

HYROX and Vitality 55+ don't need an On-Ramp. Your first HYROX class is free.

Is Whit Fitness the same gym as CrossFit Evviva?

Yes. CrossFit Evviva is now Whit Fitness, at 277 Blair Blvd in Eugene. We're still a CrossFit affiliate, listed as CrossFit Evviva on CrossFit.com, and we've added HYROX, Vitality 55+ and youth training.

Can I drop in for a class?

Yes. A single class is $25 and a full week pass is $60. Book on our class calendar in Wodify. If you haven't done CrossFit or functional fitness before, we'll ask you to do one On-Ramp session first.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, training shoes and a water bottle. The lounge has lockers, a shower and a changing room if you're heading to work after.

Is there childcare?

Yes, childcare runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am. Kids are welcome at every class, and outside childcare times parents are responsible for their kids. There's a kids' room in the gym.
