Questions

The things people ask before their first class.

All FAQs
Do I need to be fit or have experience to start?

No. Every program is built for beginners too. New CrossFit members start with On-Ramp: one to four one-to-one sessions with a coach ($50 each, or $60 for a couple) before joining class. HYROX and Vitality 55+ don't need an On-Ramp, and your first HYROX class is free.

Can I drop in for a class?

Yes. A single class is $25 and a full week pass is $60. Book on our class calendar in Wodify. If you haven't done CrossFit or functional fitness before, we'll ask you to do one On-Ramp session first.

What's the difference between CrossFit and HYROX classes?

CrossFit classes mix weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning. HYROX classes focus on running, machines and sled work, with no barbells or advanced gymnastics. Unlimited members can do both.

How much is a membership?

Unlimited is $160 a month, couples are $270, HYROX (2 classes a week) is $120 and Open Gym is $100. See all pricing.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, training shoes and a water bottle. The lounge has lockers, a shower and a changing room if you're heading to work after.

Is there childcare?

Yes, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am. Kids are welcome at every class, and outside childcare times parents are responsible for their kids.

Do you offer student or military discounts?

Yes, for both. Call or text (458) 234-3673 and we'll set it up.

I moved to Eugene from out of state and didn’t know anyone, but from the moment I joined, I was welcomed with open arms. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and truly invested in helping you reach your goals, whether you're a beginner or experienced.

I have attended 3 different CrossFit gyms in the last 10 years — this one by far is my absolute favorite. I am over 65 years old and the coaches have helped me get into shape and stay safe.

What really sets this gym apart is the extremely well-planned programming. Every workout is thoughtfully designed to challenge you, build strength, and improve skills, all while keeping things fun and varied.

I’m a little late to the CrossFit party, having started at 45, and I was feeling pretty vulnerable when I decided to try it out. Spencer and the other coaches made me feel welcome and encouraged from the very first moment.

The new facility is beautiful with plenty of workout space, well-maintained equipment, and even a welcoming lounge and a kids' playroom. The workouts are challenging enough to make the fittest athletes sweat while still being approachable to people of all different fitness levels.

I was worried that you basically had to be a professional athlete in order to do CrossFit, and I couldn’t have been more wrong. There’s space and a workout for everyone, plus you’ll walk away with a new family.

Had a great drop-in experience today. The owner Spencer was very welcoming, and the facilities during open gym were excellent, spacious, and clean. Highly recommend for anyone coming from out of town.

In the 14 or so months I have been here I have made more progress than all the years before. Kids are not only welcome, they are encouraged to come along, and there is a wonderful, safe space for them to hang out.

Spencer and Leticia (the owners) welcomed me with open arms and helped me learn every skill. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough because of its family values, inclusiveness, and how the coaches treat their members.
